A combat veteran, Robert’s leadership philosophy was forged through military service and reinforced through real-life adversity. Returning home to build a life from humble beginnings, married young, raising four sons, and navigating the financial pressures faced by everyday American families, he developed a leadership framework grounded in three core principles.
